PROGRAM TYPE

We provide you three different Loyalty Program options so that you may choose the one best serving your market outlook. The detailed modus operandi for each of these programs is entailed hereunder:

Points Program: This program revolves around issuing your own loyalty currency i.e. points to the customers against their purchase, for redemption against your own products/services later. Points based loyalty programs are very beneficial for businesses as the redemption can only be claimed if the customer spends a certain amount, hence improving sales.

Cashback Program: This is a very lucrative loyalty program as it provides your customers, an opportunity to EARN cashback against their purchase spend at your business. The cashback hence earned may be redeemed anytime during their next purchase. Unlike the Points Program, a threshold for the amount spent may not be set in Cashback Program.

Stamps Program: The Stamps Program is most popularly and widely used in the Cafés and service industry. In this program, the customers are simply incentivized to get something FREE after they purchase X number of products. A common example of the Stamps Program will be, ‘Buy 8 Cups of Coffee and Get the 9th one FREE’.

PROGRAM NAME

In order for you to design your own Customer Engagement and Loyalty program, it is essential to name it and brand it as per your business positioning. 

For example, if your business is called Joe’s Café, you may name your program Joe’s Rewards Program or Beans Points, or Drip Drop Rewards, in keeping with the persona and vibe of your business. The program name should reflect a thought process that connects it to your business name, the products you are selling or the services you provide. A creative Program Name relating to your business and operations will surely arouse the interest of your customers.
 

REWARD PERCENTAGE

The most important decision prior designing a loyalty program is to finalize a percentage that you, as a business, are willing to reinvest on your customers against their spend and loyalty. 

This percentage ratio differs from business to business as it essentially requires giving back to your customers from the very profit that you make from them. For example, if Business A decides to give back 10% of its customers spend money as loyalty, then every time a customer spends $10 at Business A, it shall either put $1 equal points into their account or $1 Cashback or give them 1 Stamp. 

Now, it is time for you to decide what you want to invest into your customers and reclaim that in form of redemption. 

WEBSITE DOMAIN NAME

Domain Name is the website address that businesses have, so that their potential customers may contact them by simply typing the domain name. For example, www.apple.com is Apple’s domain name and every time anyone types this domain name on the internet, they will be able to access Apple’s website. 

HOW MANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES YOU OFFER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Each product or service that you sell to your customers is considered as one item within the eCommerce sector. Therefore, it is important for us to understand how extensive your products/services catalog is, because our package entails FREE uploading of up to 100 products or services! Anything additional will be charged at $1.5 per product/service upload. 
 

MAXIMUM AMOUNT

In order to design Gift Cards for your Loyalty Program, it is essential that you inform us about the maximum amount limit that one can purchase as your Branded Gift Card. For example, if your maximum limit for the Gift Card is $200, then no one will be allowed to purchase the gift card if they enter a value that is above $200.
 

Expiry Date

Every gift card has an expiry date. Normally companies set a 1 year expiry date for their gift cards. It is up to you, as a business, to decide upon the expiry date so that the systems may place that date for the Gift Card. As a business, you always have the right to extend the expiry date for any gift card for your customers, if you think it will make them happy. 

SELECT SCHEME

Actual Value Gift Cards: Actual value card means a card which is bought by the customer for $50 and the customers receives back $50 credit within one year expiry date. Moreover, the customers shall receive 500 points in case the brand is giving 10 Points for $1 spend. It is a basic card with no additional value for the customers, except the rewards points. 

Double Loyalty Benefit Card: With this variant of gift card, customers are incentivized with double the points. Meaning, thereby, that when you buy the gift card you will receive 500 points and when you spend with the Gift Card you will again get the points. This encourages customers to spend in advance with the brand so that they may enjoy more points’ benefits. 

 Happy Hour Gift Cards: These Gift Cards are designed to give more monetary value to the customers, but the usage of these gift cards is time and day bound. Meaning that a customer will pay $100 for the gift card and will receive double the value i.e. $200 but this gift card can only be used on certain days between certain hours like Monday-Tuesday and Wednesday between 2 PM and 5 PM. This is designed to help businesses generate revenues for low sales periods during certain days and certain times.

Extra Credit: With this card, the customer will get regular loyalty benefits, along with 10 to 20% extra credit. This is again designed to encourage customers to pay in advance for future purchases. This way, the customer receives extra value and the business gets extra revenues in advance.

Powerhouse: This is a kind of gift card wherein a business offers a great value to its customers but limits the expiry date. Through Powerhouse Cards, a customer can pay $100 and receive $150 credit but due to the 14 days’ expiry, the customers have to spend the amount within a limited time period. This is targeted at increasing sales and generating revenues in a short span of time.
